    3 smiles Not worth the price
    We rented two rooms. parents' air conditioning did not work. They were given another room. The toilet seat in hotel room was broken. left a note for the maid and it was fixed by the time we got back. The beds were comfortable. Nice swimming pool in addition it didn't feel heated. Parking is horrible!!! Their lot fills quickly. We had the breakfast meal buffet - food was hard. No hotel room service because the prices were ridiculous - they add on 3 charges to the already high prices. Our maid was excellent! do not think I'd stay at the Crowne again.

    Stayed at the Crowne Plaza on business.Rooms were spotless in addition small. Had problems with the plumbing. After three complaint was moved to another smaller room. Had trouble reaching the front desk. Parking was a NIGHTMARE!
    3 smiles Not up to snuff for a Crown Hotel
    I've been staying at the Crown since the beginning of October mainly because the gov rate is the most affordable. The hotel rooms vary with respect to quality--some have larger living areas; whereas, others make you feel like you're sleeping in a cracker jack box. Bathrooms need more counter space--I've seen super 8s with bigger bathrooms. The breakfasts are probably the best part of stays--chef will make omelets to order. All in all I'm less than impressed with this Crown Plaza--I've stayed at several throughout the US and have always been thoroughly satisfied.

    Hotel was nice, our first time here. Rooms are on the smallish side, in addition that is really because they are a city property. Although the help was attentive and nice, it seemed as if the front desk was new and not knowledgeable at all. When asked for change, they sent me to the resturant! Directions they did not know, (although the bell captain over heard and jumped in) Front Desk needs to have the "can do attitude"

    Checked in 6/22 and The hotel rooms rug was wet and was told by mgmt. to leave the a/c on. The next morning the dinning area was infested with flies and was sat on a table with the ceiling leaking with water near table and was told to wait 45min for another table. Came back at 730pm and hotel room was not refreshed.. Finally check out a day early.

  • Worst night EVER - There were 50 teenagers in the parking lot with fireworks near car. 30 of their parents were in the lobby of the property drinking massive amounts of alcohol. hotel room was filthy and still had hairs . . .
  • ugly - flies in room, disgusting ceiling in shower due to water damage, help apparently helped themselves to cooler, no net w/o wireless, etc..... . . .
  • lumpy - The bed was lumpy,yhe hotel room looked filthy,we asked for an ashtray it took them awhile to bring us one and it was filthy,when checking out they didn't ask how visit was. . . .
